Why set up an account?

When you set up an account, you can shop at faster and easier. The account will automatically store your billing and shipping information plus any additional shipping addresses. This information will appear automatically where needed during the purchase and checkout process. You won't have to retype it each time you make a purchase! Setting up an account also helps you streamline management of ordering for departments, groups, and locations.

Payment Methods

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard through Square or Government Smart Pay cards.

Login information recognizes you by your login name. We recommend that you choose an easy-to-remember login name such as your email address. Choose a password combination made up of letters and numbers that others are unlikely to guess. Make sure you that write down your login name and password and store them in a safe place where you can find them later. The autologin feature lets you shop at faster and easier. You won't have to type your name and password each time you enter the site. If you share your computer with others, you may want to log in manually each time to prevent unauthorized use of your account.

How do I update my profile?

Click on the My Account button on the top right of the home page to take you to your account information page. You can edit your account information, including name, address, billing, shipping, and payment preferences at any time. Please make sure your profile information is correct so that we can bill you properly and so your orders will arrive at your desired location.


Can I check the status of my order?

Step one: From the INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS's homepage click on the "Log In" button. Step two: Enter your Login ID and Password and click the "Enter" button. Step three: Click on "Order Status". Step four: View all Open Orders. If you would like to view the order detail or track the shipment of the order it's simply a click away.

How do I check to see if a product is in stock?

You can check the availability of a product at any time on the website. By selecting any item, and going to the detail page, you will see the current stock status for that item.

Do you have a minimum order?

No, we do not have a minimum dollar amount for in-stock items. We understand that there are times when our customers need to place small orders. Minimums and/or Deposits may apply to custom orders and non-stocked items.

Can I establish credit with INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS?

At this time, INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS does not offer open account terms. Please feel free to use one of the following credit cards; MasterCard, VISA or American Express. We also accept Government Smart Pay cards.


How do I return an item?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product that you receive from INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS, you may return new, unopened items purchased from our STOCK within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  Please call us for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and shipping instructions.  You will be responsible for the return freight charges.

The return of custom items, colors other than our 20 stock colors, and made-to-order products shipped directly from the factory are subject to prior approval, and will incur a 25% restocking charge.  The buyer must contact INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS's Support Department for confirmation and shipping instructions prior to returning any products.  All returns must be shipped prepaid, in resalable condition, and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error ( you receive an incorrect or defective item, etc.)  Note that Shipping Damage is not our responsibility and a claim must be filled with the carrier.  We can help with that procedure, however the claim must be filled by the buyer.

You should expect to receive your refund within two to three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

The product search box lets you enter a keyword or product number. A list is then displayed on your screen of products that are related to any of the keywords or numbers you've entered. The search option feature lets you customize your search criteria.

What if I want a different color or size than what is shown on the website?

All our Rousseau products are available in 20 standard colors at no additional cost. Some colors with have longer lead times, typically 3 to 4 weeks. INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS can also assist you when you are searching for products that are not shown on the website, when you need help with custom sizes or layouts, or to answer specific questions you may have about products for special applications. Special Custom Color Options

If you want to coordinate cabinet or shelving colors within your facility, please know that all Rousseau steel products can be painted to match any RAL color. Due to minimum order requirements for the powder coat paint, there may be a slight surcharge and longer lead time for some color matching. Can you send me a printed catalog and/or color samples?

It is important to note that computer monitors are variable and can render colors differently from one monitor to another. We are happy to provide printed catalogs with more accurate color renderings. If you are looking for the most accurate color rendition, we have painted steel samples for many of our standard colors. Shopping cart information

Use your online shopping cart to gather products you want to purchase. It will automatically keep track of the number of items you've selected and how much those items cost.

You can change the quantities of items in your Shopping Cart by changing the number in the column labeled Quantity. After you have made changes to the item quantities, press the Update button to get a new subtotal.

Press the Remove button to take an item out of your shopping cart.

After reviewing your shopping cart contents and making sure everything is correct you can continue to shop or begin the checkout process - press the Checkout button to begin the checkout process.

Review and adjust your shopping cart

Confirm your purchasing and delivery method and click the Continue button. On the next page you'll confirm your billing, shipping, and payment methods.

Contents of your shopping cart

You can change the contents of your shopping cart at any time. To change the quantity of an item, highlight the quantity and type in a new number. If you want to keep shopping and add more items to your shopping cart, select "Click here to continue shopping." The current contents of your shopping cart will be saved so you can continue the checkout process later.

Remove an item

Click the Remove button to take an item out of your shopping cart.

Update button

Click the Update button to get a correct subtotal if you change item quantities.

How do I check out?

Checking out is a simple process. Here are the steps you will take to Check Out:

Step 1:Enter the quantity of the item you wish to purchase, and click the "Add To Cart" button.

Step 2: Click the 'View Cart' button to proceed to your shopping cart OR click the 'Continue Shopping' button to continue shopping. (Note: you can enter the shopping cart by clicking on the 'VIEW CART' link on the upper right corner of the page).

Step 3: When you are ready to checkout, please click the 'Checkout' button to proceed to checkout. Please log into your account at this point if you have not done so. (Note: if you are a new user, please create a new account).

Step 4: During Checkout, please make any necessary changes, if needed, to your Contact Information, Billing Address and Shipping Information. Indicate your Payment Method, either Purchase Order or Credit Card. Please click the 'REVIEW ORDER' button, on the bottom of the page, to proceed.

Step 5: In Order Review, please verify your order and information. To make changes, please click the 'EDIT ORDER' button on the bottom of the page - this will take you to Checkout (refer to Step 4). When you are ready to order, click the 'PLACE ORDER' button on the bottom of the page.

Step 6: You are finished! Order Confirmation contains your order details. Your Order Number will be emailed to your email address in a few minutes.

Confirm purchasing and delivery method

Confirm you want to purchase the item online and want to have it delivered to you. Click View Delivery Options to see information about delivery methods, charges, etc. Click the Continue button to continue the checkout process.


Shipping address

Please provide accurate information for your receiving location. Are your billing and shipping addresses the same? If so, click the appropriate box. If your shipping address is different, fill out all requested information. You may use alternate addresses to have orders shipped to other places - to branch offices for example. Note: a shipping address cannot be a P.O. Box number.

When will my order ship?

Upon credit card approval, orders for In Stock Items received by 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will ship in 48 hours or less. Factory Stock or Special Orders usually ship in three to four weeks.

How will my order ship?

We make every effort to ship your order the most economical way. The majority of orders that weigh up 70 lbs. will ship via UPS or FedEX Ground. Due to the volume of shipping that we do, INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS has negotiated excellent pricing with a number of motor freight carriers. We will pass along savings to our valued customers. All shipping charges are prepaid by INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS and added to your invoice. If you would like for us to ship via one of your preferred carriers, we are happy to do that. However, the INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS discount rate would not apply.

How long will it take to receive my product?

Typically, we ship Stock Items in 48 hours or less. Special Order items usually ship in 3 to 4 weeks. Transit time with the carrier depends on your location.

What are my exact shipping charges?

Prices quoted online are estimates, but usually accurate. If you have special unloading situations, such as: inside delivery, ground level delivery, delivery to a school, military base, or construction site, or if you require phone call notification prior to delivery, additional charges may apply. We are always happy to provide you with an exact freight rate for your specific order. Pricing and Specifications

All prices on the INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS website reflect the Buyer's net cost in U.S. currency. The prices do not include freight, applicable federal, state, and local taxes, charges and duties, or special crating requirements for export shipment. Buyer shall pay all such costs, taxes, charges and duties. Prices, colors, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Payment terms

INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS accepts MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover and Government Smart Pay Cards.

Exclusive warranty

All products are warranted for a minimum of one (1) year by the manufacturer to the extent of the manufacturer's express warranties to INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS or by INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

In addition Rousseau Metal provides a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all Drawer Roller Mechanisms.

Buyer's exclusive remedies

INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS's liability and Buyer's exclusive remedies under INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS's warranty shall be limited solely to repair, replacement, credit or refund, at INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS's option, with respect to products returned to INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS pursuant to INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS's instructions. INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages, including, but not limited to, labor costs or loss of profits arising in connection with the use of or inability to use product purchased from INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS.


All items designated as INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS “IN STOCK” ship FOB from our warehouse, usually within 48 hours. Custom orders, including non-stocked colors, custom layouts and specially quoted items are made to order and usually ship within 3 to 4 weeks from the manufacturer, FOB Burlington, VT 05401. Unless otherwise requested by Buyer, goods will be shipped via carriers of our choice with shipping charges prepaid and added to the invoice. Any extra charges for services requested by Buyer, i.e., special routing, inside delivery, lift-gate for ground level delivery, or pre-delivery notification must be paid by buyer.

Guaranteed Delivery Date

Our sales representatives will quote you a delivery date when you place your orders. If your order is not received on or before that quoted delivery date, just call us and let us know - we'll send you a check for all your shipping charges! This offer applies only to UPS ground or standard motor freight shipments via the carrier(s) of our choice. Shipments that are delayed while we establish open account status for your company or due to force majeure are excluded.

Damaged shipments; Risk of loss

Buyer should thoroughly inspect all items for shipping damage before accepting delivery. If any damage has occurred, Buyer should note the extent of the damage on the freight bill and call INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS immediately. Although INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS's responsibility for loss and damage ceases when the products are accepted for shipment by the carrier, INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS will, when notified, assist you in filing a claim for damaged goods when shipped via a carrier of our choice. We will work with the carrier to repair or replace any damaged equipment. Buyer shall, at INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS's option, return any damaged products to INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS pursuant to INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS's instructions

30-Day return policy and procedure

Our growth and reputation are based on your trust and satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product you receive from INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS, merely call us for shipping instructions and return it within 30 days for full credit. Custom colors and made-to-order products are not able to be returned, or may be subject to a significant restocking charge. Buyer must contact INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS's Support Department for confirmation and shipping instructions prior to returning any products. All returns must be shipped prepaid, in resalable condition, and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund. Products authorized for return, but not returned within 45 days of purchase date will be subject to restocking charges.

Controlling law

The validity, construction and enforcement of the purchase agreement between INNOVO STORAGE SYSTEMS and Buyer shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Rhode Island. In the event of any dispute arising out of this agreement, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of the federal and/or state courts located in the County of Providence, State of Rhode Island, United States of America.

Sales tax

Sales tax required for items picked up or shipped to locations in RI. Sales tax will be added on the total merchandise plus shipping charges.
